Payments & Billing (Parents)

Payment is due before the first session. Plans bill in advance and auto-renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date. If you begin mid-month, your first invoice will be prorated and future invoices will follow the monthly schedule. Payments are processed by Wix; we do not store full card numbers.

Scheduling, Lateness, Rescheduling & No-Shows
  • Each live session is 50 minutes. Sessions end at the scheduled time.

  • If a student is 15+ minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show.

  • Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule per month at no charge; additional changes may count as used sessions.

  • Missed sessions and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged or counted as used sessions.

  • If we cancel or a platform issue prevents the session, we will reschedule or credit the session at no cost.

Satisfaction Promise

If you are not satisfied after the first two weeks (or first four sessions for Twice-Weekly), choose one: (a) one complimentary 50-minute session, or (b) a pro-rated refund for remaining sessions in the current billing cycle. We do not guarantee specific grades or test outcomes.
