• Collection and use of my child’s information for tutoring (name, grade, goals, session notes, progress and reports).

• Virtual sessions via approved platforms, and communications about scheduling and progress.

• Sharing with service providers solely to deliver the service (Zoom video, Wix website/forms/payments, Google Drive documents).​

• Under-13 COPPA consent (if applicable): My child is under 13. I provide verifiable parental consent for the purposes above. I may review or delete my child’s information and revoke consent at any time by emailing connectedmath@leaders4learning.com.
